EMBOS INC. is the birth place of Puerto Rico Traction Tires Manufacturers.
It all began with tractor tyres retreading using the british Vacu-Lug retreading system. The and eventually moved into all types ofthe industrial tires. Then all the work was manual: the application of the lugs, which were extruded at the plat, was done with the use of hammers.
Keeping up to date with technological development, we installed a computerized system which makes the tire tread designs, always according to each tire specification.
EMBOS INC. is the only retreading plant of its kind in Puerto Rico.
